Scrutinized Non-appropriated Fund financials ensured strong internal controls and oversight of critical base moral and welfare activities. Performed cost studies to guide lease versus buy decisions.

While in Afghanistan, led the Comptroller Division in execution of $11B+ budget to equip, train and build Afghan Security Forces. While on the U.S. Special Operations Command staff, coordinated day-to-day time critical actions and executive support for the Comptroller and senior staff while overseeing administrative support for 130+ personnel. Directed resourcing, staffing and personnel actions. In addition, Developed and implemented fiscal policy between the Services, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as it related to Special Operations Forces funding and fiscal law. Interpreted, analyzed and provided detailed policy guidance on complex Congressional fiscal law and statutes.
