As part of my masters programme, I got to work on a consultancy project with Karnov Group. Where I engaged in a research-based project focused on analyzing a real-world business transformation case. This project involved a comprehensive examination of the business context and challenges, the formulation of a business case, and the evaluation of the transition required. Through this process, I identified and customized evidence-based solutions by integrating data analysis and theoretical insights. This experience deepened my ability to apply academic research to practical business scenarios, enhancing my understanding of business transformation and strategic development
