I got my first taste for business at age nine, when I started growing and selling apricots in my backyard. Though my career as an apricot farmer was short-lived, I took a liking to coding in highschool and helped build a website for my breakdancing studio (yes, really!) At 19, I started my own digital agency, helping small businesses set up their brand and digital marketing, and grew to a team of 10 with 130 clients. I sold the company in my 20s and joined Melbourne based agency Isobar as a marketing strategist. Over eight years, I helped build the agency’s capabilities in analytics, social and experience design, and helped grow the team from 60 people to 350. Making the jump from agency to client side, I most recently headed up a global marketing team for a high-growth software and data company (yes, I get excited by data), where I spent my days growing their US customer base.Shortly after the launch of Harvey, I joined my wife full-time to help take on new clients with incredible ideas and ambition to make positive change. I was excited to bring my 16 years of experience to help Harvey grow.Across my career, I’m most proud of the people I’ve been able to work with, from inspiring colleagues to the people behind conscious organisations like ATEC, who are making Cambodian farming more sustainable. I didn't take the traditional path, swapping uni for starting a business, but I've had the honour of being named Australia's 30under30 (B&T), Asia's 40under40 (CampaignAsia), presenting at TED in Brasil and has been published over 20 times in local and international industry journals.
