I created a quarterly program including client feedback survey, client planning framework, proactive investment fund, full-day session in each office and a feedback process to close the loop with teams and clients. Through this process, we have established a series of initiatives, invested in clients that have led to our most successful relationships and most importantly empowered teams to drive client relationships, opportunities and results in alignment with the agency strategy.
