In 2008, I returned to web development, specialising in Ruby on Rails, marking a significant advancement in my professional trajectory.Since then I’ve developed web apps for everyone from early-stage startups to multinational corporations, launched my own startup, spent a few years running the UK’s largest Ruby conference, and gradually shifted into more managerial roles.In 2020 I became a full-time engineering manager, a position that leverages my extensive background in technology.
