I'm an experienced lawyer, investigator and HR professional. At Heminsley I advise organisations on managing people risk. I specifically focus on undertaking and advising on employee relations issues, investigations and other internal governance .Whilst the majority of my career has been a private practice lawyer, I spent nearly 5 hears working in the Employee Relations team of a global investment bank. This experience enables me to take a truly commercial and pragmatic view as to the best way of dealing with risk within a legal framework.Outside of work I also help run a local Scout troop, enjoy sport and balance it all with my family and the dog.
