He came to the Middle East in 1994 where he was instrumental in the shaping and development of the health insurance market in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and has 30 years senior management experience in insurance and banking in the region.Simon is a seasoned financial services leader who has managed two successful medical insurance companies in the Middle East, successfully launched and built a new fiduciary service/ product line from scratch for HSBC Global Investment Banking & Markets in the Middle East and headed Development and Strategy in the Middle East for Royal Bank of Canada (RBCcees). Simon joins TMF Group from the multiple award-winning consultancy firm of Insight Discovery where he was Head of Insurance and Banking Solutions providing management consulting services for insurers, brokers, trustees and banks.
