As an Enterprise Account Manager, I’ve always believed in three things. Regardless of technology or service, success for my customers lies in (1) identifying key business benefits, (2) aligning them to a meaningful outcome and (3) keeping the results sustainable.In all the projects I’ve been involved in – security, data centre, cloud, platform as a service, or managed services – back up and disaster recovery has always been present.That’s very true for my current role at Veeam; I see my job is to help businesses with the tools to allow them to manage data in a better way, giving them the technical and operational confidence with their data and the platforms they aspire to use.
