What ever genre of music I'm working with i put my all in all learning and adapting the skills i have around bringing out the best. Currently work on Breakfast on 1055 The Point in Milton Keynes. Bringing the local and national stories people will be talking about in MK. Whilst working for Premier I have been managing, organising and, planned for 5 interview guests a day on the Mid Morning Show. Plus, technically operate the desk. take live communications calls, emails, and text. putting them to air when necessary. run the presenters on air diary including prerecorded interviews. also edit and clip content for the website and social media including e-sends. I also have been technically looking after the breakfast show. ensuring links, support of presenter and live national and international guests. A self-motivated and hardworking individual with experience in all aspects of Radio Presenting, Radio Producing and Radio Production, Podcasting, management, training and listener care.To connect with the listener through story, news and being personable. Bringing a flavour of different guests - artists, authors, actors and more to inform, to challenge and to encourage.I have a desire for continued learning and training. I am able to use my own initiative and also work as part of a team. With proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve aims and objectives. An effective enthusiastic communicator at all levels within any organisation. Good problem solving skills.
