The campus website lists community (shared living) tasks students can bid on to earn reward points. Local businesses in-proximity to University Campuses accept rewards points from students SWTE Rewards Cards (via visa terminals) in return for goods and services. They used these points to buy advertising on the campus website, newsletter and common areas.

House dynamics were tribal in nature, governed by business rules & self managed systems, powered by a reward program using the internet as our delivery platform. • The level of efficiency these systems provided saw our properties cost an average of 50% less per square meter in management costs: Earning us up to 120% more in rental income per square meter than similar forms of university housing close by.Most people equate the word marketing with selling and advertising. I've always felt this focus, getting the word out, distracts businesses from the more important tasks within a company, their service to customers.• My first rule in growing a business is always: Focus on improving service.
