I have facilitated the growth of a global rotomoulding materials manufacturer, increasing employee count from 20+ employees in 2005 to 200+ in 2021. My experience in financial control and accounting has enabled me to transition and integrate into a C-Suite leadership role driving and facilitating the company's growth, holding a number of Board directorships across the world. Over the past 20 years I have led due diligence processes to acquire new companies in Australia, New Zealand, and set up a new manufacturing facility in Selangor, Malaysia, in addition to leading two shareholder buyouts. This has assisted me in building my competencies in mergers and acquisitions, analysing financial statements and future cash flows, negotiating agreements, and leading senior leadership on executing and closing deals. By setting up new plants & companies, I have gained a solid understanding of project management, defining the scope, reviewing project sites, analysing cost-benefits, acquiring the services of vendors/contractors/suppliers, and executing the projects to commission the new plants on time and in budget.My ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven. I firmly believe that business culture is key, maintaining an open and positive environment to improve employee satisfaction and motivation to deliver growth.
