Key Accountabilities:• Utilises data-driven decision-making by conducting thorough analysis and evaluation, enabling informed decision-making processes. • Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting skills, employing data-driven approaches to resolve complex issues effectively in high-pressure environments. • Exhibits strong problem-solving capabilities, employing coaching and facilitation skills to drive positive change within the site and across the wider business. • Applies Six Sigma Green Belt methodology to analyse and enhance processes, leveraging expertise in various operational excellence tools such as SMED, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, standard work deployment, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME), proficiently deploying operational excellence tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Provides leadership in role modelling, coaching, and supporting performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. • Holds responsibility for target setting and strategic deployment of OGSMs (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) and TIPs (Targets, Initiatives, and Priorities) across all site functions. • Effectively utilises network benchmark information to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence. • Drives and supports the delivery of continuous improvement opportunities by leveraging the concept of the 8 wastes (TIMWOODS) and employing Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
