In my role as Director of Financial Systems I was responsible for the strategic visioning, planning, development and tactical execution of our workflow and performance management applications. These applications collect, consolidate and store financial and operational metrics enabling advanced analytical capabilities and decision support across the organization. Through investment in technical research and development and partnering outside the finance function I enabled continued innovation across the application landscape and ensured the highest possible return on investment.
