- Perform demonstrations on company equipment that involve the modalities of PSG.- Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to the customers.- Assist with onsite installation of capital equipment hardware and software, including configuration and testing.- Conduct onsite training to clinical staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the complete diagnostic system including software and hardware.- Maintain ownership and updates assigned service requests according to procedure.- Ensure timely completion of all paperwork and required reports including all data entries into required systems.- Provide Web training as assigned.- Assist with field trial sites as assigned.- Work closely to resolve issues at problem accounts and communicate status to the Manager of Field Service.- Communicates customer feedback to the product development group.- Work closely with technical support, sales, and customer service and serve as a liaison to ensure customer needs are met.- Provide clinical support and demo assistance to the sales group as needed.- Participate in training sessions and review new products to stay up-to-date with new product offerings.

1) Product Management and Marketing Strategy• Plans and prepares annual marketing plans for Sleep Disorder Managment Division over SEA • Develop Training Modules for both internal & external parties.• Conducts analysis required for strategic decision support relating to target markets, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, competitive intelligence and positioning of the sleep diagnostic products • Develop high impact marketing and educational workshops leading to system and brand conversion• Gather market and competitive information for sales and marketing analysis for Sleep Division for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines• Conducts both Basic and Advance trainings and technical workshops for new hire on company’s Sleep Division products• Develop and monitor marketing campaign over the regions.• Design and organize printing of marketing materials such as brochures and leave-behind leaflets• Providing regional support to regional offices for product presentation, technical assistance and demonstration trials on Sleep Laboratory Systems and Portable Sleep Diagnostics Systems in respective countries.2) Business Development and Sales Management• Leads Sleep Division in Malaysia with team of 9 members • Leads Sleep Division in Thailand with the Sales Team of 6 members• Leads Sleep Division in Philippines and leads the Sales Team of 2 members• Responsible for promoting and driving sales of the company’s Sleep Division products, identifying new market opportunities and build up strong customer base amongst Cardiology/Electrophysiology, ENT, Respiratory and Dental doctors in both government and private hospitals in the region• Preparation of quotations to the Sleep Division colleagues• Preparation of Sales Kits for new colleagues• Preparation of Tender Folders and liaising with Local Agents in participation of both Government and Private Hospital Tenders
