Kim Dean has been in Texas real estate since 2003. Aside from a brief time as a pharmaceutical sales rep, real estate is all she's known since graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Agribusiness and Speech Communications.After working for a homebuilder and 2 large franchises, Kim became an independent boutique brokerage owner partnering with her sister in late 2008. Putting her faith and family first has always been the driving force behind her business values and her company manifesto.After a season of life changes, Kim re-branded her brokerage as Simply Texas Real Estate in March of 2019 and grew it to an office of over 60 agents before partnering with eXp Realty in October of 2021. Her team sold in excess of $140M in 2021 and grew 100% organically by creating a family culture and an environment filled with collaboration and the belief that everyone can create their own version of success in real estate. She has a passion to help women begin a career in real estate at ANY age and to spread the "Simply" branding to all 50 states!Kim and her agent husband Derek have received D Magazine's Best of Dallas awards and in February 2021 received the award for #1 agent in McKinney TX on social media by PropertySpark.She is the mom of two boys (ages 14 and 20) and one furbaby - a golden retriever named Aspen.
