I evaluate and assign theatrical technicians onto teams where they will strive. To do so I am reading and responding to hundreds of emails each day. Using many software programs including; Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet.com, Google drive, Teams, and SharePoint to name a few.Working with people who could be on the other side of the World I have to be clear and concise in both spoken and written word. I also strive to help support other team members, in and out of my department, to help spread updates on necessary documentation and Sign on dates.During this time I have taken Lead on developing a new online Scheduling system to visualize and create a more efficient and effective way to communicate, evaluate, and assign our 800+ crew membersOversee the professional development and scheduling for 900+ Crew membersCoordinated the shutting down and restarting of the Royal Caribbean fleet during covid, including all the changing travel protocols of over two dozen countriesFacilitated between myself and one other scheduler daily communications between Shoreside offices/ Crew/ Onboard Crew teamsBuilt the new Royal Caribbean scheduling system that was rolled out in October 2020- in doing so it brought the scheduling world out of the 1990's Spreadsheets and into the digital age with profiles on each Crewmember telling: strengths, weaknesses, availability, and documentations for Visas/ Medical / trainings.

Kept Cast and Crew in my venue safe while running Automation for 14- 20 shows a weekKept up-to-date reports on all shows and maintenance for shoreside knowledge; these were detailed reports on Headliner shows, Production shows, any maintenance on the set/ costumes/ props/ automation/ or rehearsals for the understudy rehearsals. Adjusted productions based on scenery malfunctions and crew issues with very little prep time due to broken automation, rocky seas, sickness in the cast, etc. Myself along with the dance captain would go through the show and see where we would be able to fill in for missing people or move the show movement around broken scenery. Main point of contact for Technicians and cast for Personal, or HR issues to help resolve themMentored and evaluated crew for professional growth through; professional development meetings, hands on training, and daily check ins I helped my crew build their knowledge and confidence in their own skills Involved with the Inclusion and Diversity team onboard two ships as well as Women at Work Team Assisted with all holiday celebrations onboard to help spread cheer and keep up morale

I have managed Three shows at Theatre Simpson including; Eurydice, The Glass Menagerie, and Alice's Trip: A Movement Adventure.
