The Library Corporation provides libraries with advanced automation solutions, offering product continuity, and ongoing development and support. As Product Owner, I brought my SQL, database management and organizational skills to lead a cross-functional team of front- and back-end developers, solving tough client problems. Managing reports team and working with DBAs to improve data reportability within the range of TLC products, I led the charge on the development and product-side deployment of Cognos 10.x to our customers while also reducing the product backlog from 1,200+ outstanding report requests to zero. This allowed us to respond to new report requests in real time. ✔ Trained staff and customers on Cognos Reports development, SQL, and process improvement for clean data.✔ Represented TLC at industry conferences, addressing technical side of product offerings.✔ Supported sales professionals in site visits to discuss and address technical issues clients were experiencing.✔ Collaborated with quality assurance teams to rewrite reports and resolve all issues and errors.

As Reports Product Developer, I created Cognos ReportNet reports against an Oracle database while also reducing report delivery times and training staff and customers in report creation and SQL. The Library Corporation quickly promoted me to Reports Product Owner.

RiskMetrics Group (acquired by MSCI Inc. in 2010) provided risk management and corporate governance products and services to the global financial community. I supported Securities Class Action Services and governance through data management, by streamlining and optimizing workflow, and processes and procedures. In this role, I improved data usability and integration into production systems by automating multiple data import processes.✔ Developed SQL in a MS SQL environment for ETL.✔ Developed documentation processes for technical and business groups. ✔ Aligned roles and processes for Environmental, Social, and Governance team.✔ Created and implemented data feeds from custodial banks and clients.✔ Streamlined renewal process and increased accuracy resulting in reduced renewal processing time from 24 hours to 1 hour.

With LB&A, I was primarily responsible for supporting the technical needs of staff and the remote offices. I also provided technical consulting on the various DoL contracts LB&A was awarded. This included determining the technical needs to support the contract and documenting any technical solutions provided under these contracts.

I helped develop the product section of the Washington Interagency Telecommunications System (WITS) 2001 website for Verizon Federal Systems.

My work with Digex included supporting clients using web hosting services, documenting and trouble shooting any issues experienced by the client, and escalating issues when necessary to various Network support teams (Security, Database, Network Ops, etc).
