I work on a broad range of engineering challenges related to our flagship product, Melo, which supports the tracking and improvement of behaviours in patients with brain injuries. My role involves developing new functionality, forms, graphs, and automations using Next.js, Nest.js, and Prisma. I established and maintain our suite of end-to-end tests with Playwright, significantly reducing our time to production. Additionally, I manage our cloud infrastructure, monitor costs, and oversee our CI/CD pipeline.I collaborate closely with healthcare practitioners and psychologists to ensure we are developing tools that genuinely aid in patient care. It’s a fast-paced and exciting start-up environment where I have the opportunity to leverage my past experience and contribute meaningfully to the product's success.

As a strategic lead for global CS incident management at Spotify, I successfully led incident operations for the successful execution of the iconic 2022 Wrapped campaign. I bolstered effectiveness within my org through agile training, transparency measures, and roadmap alignment activities, while maintaining technical responsibilities such as process creation, risk remediation, and cost-saving production changes. I developed a suite of Bash scripts that automated weekly operations tasks and allowed us to serve our stakeholders four times faster.

Leading a team of consultants, I established a collaborative bug reporting framework with engineering, which led to increased positive user sentiment. With a portfolio encompassing payments analysis, incident management, and fraud prevention, I drove impactful KPI-focussed change and de-risked high-impact product releases.
