In my third rotation as a TDP, my role was to work with the Warehouse Management System we use in our distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. I worked with the team to implement a big upgrade that we needed for our software. I also got to discover and implement process improvements.

In my second rotation in the TDP Program, my role was to build out a business case with the engineering teams to have all of their prototype and testing data stored in data marts. After I collected info on the current process, I worked with the data and analytics team to build out a prototype and have a Power BI Report created.

As the first rotation in the TDP Program, my role was to be a product owner on the OneKey Team. I was able to help progress new development on the website and app that the team needed to create. I met with end user to discuss potential solutions, designed the pages with UX designers and developers, and then worked with QA to test the alpha and beta releases before launching the feauture to the public.

Help given to students who need help with projects concerning digital media. Examples of this could be podcasts, video editing, audio editing, Adobe products, Tableau, 3D modeling and designing, building a website and more. Need to be able to problem solve quickly and be familiar with different platforms and software to answer questions that have not been asked before. Need to have good customer service skills. Also help train new hires to help get them familiar with the resources we have to offer at the digital scholarship lab.

Worked on furthering understanding of Parallax robots. Includes using the WiFi chip and embedding them in the robots. Also created projects and labs for the Hardware Systems 2100 class.
