Initial Job duties involved taking parent counselling sessions, and taking admission inquiries. I also managed all their social media channels which included ideation, creation and execution of all social media content across different channels. I was responsible for all parent communication and relationship management. Managed all the channels of communications including Content Creation, Graphic Designing, Recruitment, Admission Counselling, Accounting, Creative Direction, Team Building, Relationship Management, and Event Organization (hosting and planning school events like Annual Day, Sports Day, Carnivals and other events). Other than this, I also looked into the day-to-day functioning of the school, provided guidance to the team, brainstormed ideas and solutions, looked after all the operations and also brought in new systems to level up the consumer experience.

In the course of this job, I handled their social media channels and in the later part was assigned their entire youtube channel, I was able to double the subscriber growth during my tenure. I was also responsible for a major part of the content production.
