Performing reconciliations on monthly basis within the internal TAT with accuracy. Responsible for follow up and coordinate with other teams on accounting line issues and validation of open items. Monthly P&L reporting and maintenance of historical comparisons. *Includes preparation of Quarterly Product P&L package and analysis. Support monthly Actual vs. Forecast reporting and commentary for Bookings, Billings and std margins. Drive the development, consolidation and presentation of Quarterly Guidance forecast as well monthly Risk and Ops updates. *Integration of new demand or approved solutions into existing process. Interpret and highlight areas requiring enforcement of compliance. Leading a team for maintenance and regulation of the accounting procedures. Finalization of accounts and assistance to the Statutory Auditors in getting the accounts audited and making available all necessary information to them on time. Transition Processes*Provides subject matter expertise to the team on accounts payable transactions. Create Process flow charts, Standard processes operating instructions. Organise for regular and ongoing reconciliations of Supplier statements to ensure all liabilities are being correctly recorded as per the Supplier Statement Log.
