As Project Manager I'm accountable for delivering Infrastructure & Storage solutions to Customer withDell products like ECS, PowerStore, VxRail, Isilon & Dell EMC Storage, Servers etc.Responsible for end to end project management and complete governance of the Product installation, configuration and implementation which is done by our Technical team.Understanding the business scope and solution provided for the same.Aligning the technical team internally based on the skills required.Define the Project timeline and key resources required to deliver this project.Establishing the Project Plan and Kick off with the customer.Co-ordinate and enable the internal technical teams in meeting the pre-requisite.Update the customer with the detailed Work break down tasks and Risk analysis if any.Lead the delivery team to adhere with the delivery timelines and objectives.Explain the customer of any issue's or blockages in the delivery roadmap.Responsible for updating the revenue and made sure the profit margin is maintained.Responsible for updating all Project metrics, Project phases, artifacts, revenue, customercommunication in Salesforce tool.
