-Maintain, develop, and implement any and all employee processes and procedures-Channel existing and ongoing record of employees, manage candidates and lead onboarding & offboarding processes.-Design, build, test, and communicate activities related to the enrollment process, payroll management, appraisals, performance and training.-Continuously seek to identify, improve, and automate current processes to improve the management and accessibility of employee performance data.-Address issues or complaints to support employees with HR-related matters such as compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves/vacation, relationship with co-workers and managers, misconduct, or any problem resolution that needs attention.
