• Maintain master schedules using several software including MS Office, TimeGate (TEAM Software), for all job sites, Branch or Regional location independently or within a team.• Showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and teamwork skills by connecting to clients, management, security guards, and responding to internal service inquiries via mail, Teams messages, calls, and meetings.• Assign new staff and reassign staff according to the requirements and established procedures.
