In my experience of 4.5 years as an QA Automation Engineer, I have had an opportunity towork on several web-based applications creating manual test case and then automating thetest cases. During this tenure I have also had an opportunity to gain in- depth knowledge andbe a part of Software development cycles, Software testing life cycles, Agile/Waterfall basedwork environments. I have had an opportunity to participate in various QA Activities which includesDevelopment and Execution of Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts, and conduct QAreviews and document QA activities. I have worked on various automation framework which include Keyword driven, Data driven and automation tools such as Java, JUNIT, TestNG, Selenium Web Driver and build tools such as ANT, Maven to generate Extent and XSLT reports. I also worked with various Source control tools - mainly GitHubPerforce and SVN and used to Jenkins to ensure execution of the build on the scheduled time. I have performed Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Backend Testing, Black Box Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Testing. To report any bugs or issues after executing the test case I have used Defect Management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla and Test Track Pro to ensure monitoring the defects so that have been fixed and retested and if passed, closed and to ensure the consistency of data present in the database and UI, I have also used SQL to test data.
