CurrentProvide first-level technical assistance to end users by phone, email, or in-person,assuring quick and effective problem resolution.• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues by troubleshooting,researching solutions, and implementing appropriate fixes.• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshootingguides.• Maintain inventory of hardware devices.• Understand and document client business processes and requirements.• Support the Business Central “go live” process and provide “post live” support asrequired.• Support data driven reporting for the business needs.• Create end user training documentation on BC.• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs or service requests.• Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify and implement improvements to ITinfrastructure and processes.• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to providerecommendations for system enhancements and advancements.
