Technical Delivery Manager
Currento Working as trusted advisor for customer to support network and cloud infra (LAN/WAN/SDWAN)o Review technical project plan, technical design and provide consultancy from bid stage till delivery of solution o Transition and Transformation of 100+ sites across the globe including HUB sites, branch site.o Manage project progression for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.o Work collaboratively with implementation team, lead architect and the end customers to determine feasible network solutions.o Create, manage and track project, but not limited to Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs, Status reports.o Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.o Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with sponsors.o Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.o Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.o Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting for use by account managers, clients and Management.o Working closely with professional services to ensure delivery of project within time and budget.o Global Enterprise Network projects planning and managing, small to large-sized complex long-term and international. Responsible for the project planning process as a member of a large and complex project management team.
