Created an automated financial budget using Microsoft excel to keep track of all expenses made in the making of the car across sub teams. Performed audit reports monthly to check and foresee if all reimbursements, budgeting, and sponsorship income was aligned, to create transparency to our sponsors. Worked on asset alignment to ensure that the income generated is used in the making of the car and we are not in a financial deficit.
