During my 10+ years in the SaaS space, I have worked in many corners of the business from tech support, training and implementation, to sales and marketing. Now product research and development is where I find my greatest joy in this industry. I have always loved great storytelling. Good characters and worlds have distinct challenges and idiosyncratic methods to solving them. I view product development through that lense and aim to design solutions which solve customers' real world and business problems. Each design tailored with clear and compelling stories to both the end user and the engineers tasked with building them.
