Delivering a statutory social work service to promote and protect the welfare of vulnerable service users, their families and carers in need of care and/or protection. Working closely with 0-3yrs age group of children giving me close insight to their development. Planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging their developments towards key milestones. Observing, tracking and reflecting on learning of each child has helped me enhance my observation skills. Coming up with specialised activities for children with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism). Contributing to delivery of pre-birth to three frame-work. Making use of SHANARRI and GIRFEC guidelines. Increased my knowledge and expertise in detail-oriented observation methods and improved my time management and organisation skills to meet the common goal of the team.
