* Being responsible for the planning and execution of audit fieldwork for a listed/private company;* Involving in the audit of internal control on the licensed corporation and ad-hoc projects such as due diligence reviews, notifiable transaction deals, including major transactions and VSANSD etc.;* Maintaining good relationships with clients;* Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;* Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations;* Data input, filing documents, and miscellaneous support;* Update and maintain statutory records and filing system;* Assist in any ad hoc projects or assignments.

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and target markets.* Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and identify opportunities for sales. * Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities , build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively and working closely with the internal teams to meet client needs. * Coordinate with operational teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services to key accounts.* Monitor service performance metrics, such as delivery times and accuracy, and take corrective actions as needed.* Oversee the resolution of any service-related issues or escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, striving to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing.

* Responsible to promote and marketing Bancassurance products at bank branches.* Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customer at bank branches (nationwide location available).* Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.* To build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up selling.* Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.* Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top ups.

* Oversee the daily accounting and financial to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation.* To supervise, review and verify work done by AP & AR staff to ensure accounting records and systems comply with approved accounting standards and requirements and maintain in proper order and up to date.* Responsible for credit control and cash flow.* Assist in accounting forecast for tax review, revision and submission.* Provide monthly project profit and loss statements and other reporting.* Other financial and analytical reports as required.* Liaise with auditor, tax agent, secretary and bankers.
