For me, building a company from just an idea to a real thing was the biggest and most special part of my career. It was tough but exciting to face all the surprises along the way, kind of like going into battle.Dealing with getting supplies and making things during tough times, and figuring out how to keep everything on track, was hard but also kind of fun.And when you finally see what you've made, it feels amazing, like they're your own kids. It's a feeling you can't really put into words.

As a Sales and Marketing Director for an international company with renowned brands such as: •Silkia•Ariowhale•Cabana Sun•Dimples•CalypsoSpanning various categories including hair care, shampoo, hand wash liquid, cream, hair removal, body lotion, and foot crack healer, among others, I faced a challenging yet rewarding journey.Managing a team of over 100 individuals and negotiating with over 300 stores to successfully launch and promote our products in Iran was a significant learning experience for me. Leading this process while actively engaging in marketing initiatives for the first time in the Iranian market was a remarkable achievement.Despite the complexities and hurdles encountered along the way, overcoming them and witnessing the successful market penetration and brand recognition of our products brought immense satisfaction. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, negotiation, and marketing strategies, paving the way for future successes in my career.And also, It was a challenge to keep the performance and morale of the team always high, a vital aspect that required constant attention and innovative strategies to ensure our team remained motivated and productive throughout the process.

In this role as a sales supervisor for the brand "Lorikeet," negotiation with store managers was a key aspect of ensuring optimal product placement and visibility. Additionally, responsibilities included training promoters to effectively promote and sell products in the categories of haircare, skincare, and air freshener, as well as checking stocks, strategizing routine orders, and monitoring inventory levels to maintain seamless supply chains and meet consumer demand. By coordinating these efforts, we could ensure consistent availability of our products and drive sales growth across various retail channels.
