- Owned two major areas (Payments & Subscription Management) of MenuDrive online food ordering platform.- Owned & launched MenuDrive Pay(white labelled Stripe Connected Account) payment gateway with measurable business and customer impact. For Instance, self service payment gateway onboarding has increased from 0% to 60% for restaurants. Online transactions success rate increased to 90% having TPV of $1.34M USD in its 1st quarter of inception.- Launched MenuDrive Subscription Management using Chargify, allowing customers to onboard and manage their subscriptions using a self-service model, resulting in a 75% drop in support calls for subscription queries and allowing MenuDrive to implement automated invoicing and payment collection of monthly recurring subscriptions with other usage charges.- Owned the product roadmap and backlog for an integration which enabled MenuDrive to integrate with Doordash for food deliveries in the United States and Canada enabling MenuDrive's target segment of SMB restaurants to leverage the unified experience of Doordash deliveries with automated management of tips and delivery charges, resulting in a 200% increase in delivery orders on average.

I managed the Thomson Reuters Tax Research Business Global Quality Assurance team- Designed and Implemented Test Automation Centre of Excellence for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Research business while transitioning the testing businesses from several diversified offices in 3 continents to 2 locations, in India & US resulting in saving of ~ $4 Million over a period of 5 years.- Globally lead & managed software test teams of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Knowledge Solutions Research business having revenue worth USD 270 Million/Year.- Built up the testing team from ground up for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Research business.- Innovated and implemented “Customer Focused Behaviour Testing” technique in Testing Centre of Excellence which resulted in 75% increase in product quality, 30% increase in product delivery & enhanced collaboration & communication between customer support, business analysts & software testing team members.- Built up & lead a team of test automation architects to design, develop and implement the cross-browser compatibility UI Test Automation framework using Selenium WebDriver 2.0, TestNg & Apache ANT running on AWS with an automated CI/CD pipeline.
