I have several years of experience in statistical modelling, with a focus on genomic and health record data. During my PhD I specialized on methodology for genome-wide association studies (GWAS). Since then I use R, Python, git and workflow tools, to create GWAS pipelines for large-scale biobanks and perform follow-up analyses.
