Associate Marriage And Family Therapist, Mamft
CurrentI work with individuals, families, and couples to explore the places they feel stuck and hurt. Together, we go to those places where it seems like things just aren't getting better, and search out new ways of being with ourselves and each other. As an MFT, I believe there is a good reason many of us avoid our feelings of deep sadness, anger, anxiety, fear, or conflict with others--For one thing, it's risky to go there alone. Sometimes we need a companion for the journey who can be present to our pain, and help us notice things differently. I specialize in working with women and couples along this healing path, but also enjoy working with people from many walks of life. I seek to be trauma-informed, body-informed, and spiritually sensitive in my approach to therapy.
