I am responsible for closing positions for junior, mid level and senior positions for both general and niche skills.Sourcing:• Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle of a candidate beginning with understanding of the client requirements for different skill set and analyzing the candidates' interest and eligibility for the same through telephonic discussions.•Reaching out to candidates through different portals and social network. Candidate Management• Screening resumes from various sources like job portals, internal database, responses through Job Posting, References, social network etc.• Also involve in complete follow-up until final joining.Clients :: Flikart, Amazon, Myntra, MakeMyTrip, Adobe, Groupon,Rivigo, Dailyhunt, Freecharge, Swiggy and well funded startups.
