I have a strong background in molecular biology and genetic engineering, with significant experience in l designing experimental workflows for efficient and timely project delivery. My expertise includes managing successful projects focused on the expression of recombinant proteins such as enzymes and peptides in bacteria, fungi and in plants using advanced metabolic engineering techniques. At present I am working as Research assistant in Leibniz Institute of Plant Biochemistry ,Halle .Here working on Arabidopsis thaliana and Nicotiana benthamiana -Cloning ,PCR ,Expressing protein ,Agrobacterium infiltration and GFP pulldowns to understand the or to detect physical interaction between two or more proteins and western blotting Earlier I worked as Scientist I(Intern) at Perfect Day, Bangalore. Here I worked with Aspergillus niger for protein expression .I have experience in molecular biology tools such as Gibson, Infusion cloning and PCR, cloning in Aspergillus niger and fungus system and conditioning also expression of recombinant proteins.Also worked in Fortis and Victoria hospital as Medical technical officer in RT-PCR lab during Covid 2022Postgraduate with the achievement of research skills, comprehensive knowledge theoretical training with practical experience in extensive academic and hands-on training with proven success in producing results in laboratory experiments with the ability to work both individually and in a team context.Throughout my studies and work, I have actively contributed to cutting-edge research projects focused on enhancing our understanding of cellular mechanisms and leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation.
