Achievements:- As SME for the launch of CommBank Kaching, a native mobile banking application for iPhone and Android, I helped drive 750,000 downloads and on-going customer awareness and engagement. Throughout the ongoing development process ensuring that the customer was central to every decision, backed up by relevant industry and technology knowledge and insights, as well as driving consistency across mobile assets and other channels (updates include the roll-out of bump and NFC technology for payments). - As Product Manager of the CommBank app, NetBank for mobile and tablet, I manage all major projects and regular BAU updates from concept to delivery stage. With over 2,500,000 million downloads, and favourable customer feedback (regular star rating of 4), the CommBank app has achieved the No 1 Top Free Finance app in the App Store. I manage and drive the app strategic roadmap and ensure the customer goal or problem and business benefits are addressed. I work with various stakeholders to define scope, get approval and funding, as well as a number external agencies and partners to deliver, promote and operationalize initiatives.

Previously referred to as 'Product Management and eChannel Development' I worked with Online Retailing for 5 years.
