I have excellent organisational skills, and time management skills. Working well both as a team and on my own, providing many examples both for the workplace and recently during university that I completed in May 2021. I have, on many occasions, been met with complex tasks. Prioritising what is more import is key as well as reaching out and supporting team members in achieving such goal. This was key during my university and alongside my job as casual HR assistant and Hairstylist as well as family commitments. In my experience, I have always gone the extra mile to come to a reasonable outcome. this ranges from disciplining staff for an efficient outcome.On placement with Belfast City Council, March 202 my skills in IT excelled as it was a research project working towards bringing BCC corporate and compliance training online. LMS and online learning have grown because of the pandemic, and because of this research project, I got to familiarise myself with the future of both working and study online.
