I specialize in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on private company mergers & acquisitions, business contracts, corporate governance matters and inbound investment into British Columbia and Canada. I have also acquired significant experience in the aviation sector in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of aircraft, and in relation to licensing and registration matters involving the Canadian Transportation Agency and Transport Canada. I have acted for buyers and sellers in numerous purchase and sale transactions. My private company mergers & acquisitions experience has included local, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving businesses of all sizes and across a variety of different industries, including aviation, construction (road building and aggregate), transportation, technology, manufacturing, food services, aquaculture, architectural, engineering and environmental services. My general commercial experience involves a wide range of matters, including the sale and lease-back of commercial real estate, borrower side loan facility transactions, government procurement transactions, exclusive bidding agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, equipment leases, joint ventures, ownership agreements, partnership agreements and other business formation and structuring matters.My goal is to deliver value to clients by providing excellent legal advice and personalized service at a fair price.
