Manager, Enterprise Engineering Programs
CurrentLeveraging my extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture, I joined Google's Salesforce hub team as an Architect to ensure the robust design and successful implementation of large-scale customer deployments within the organization. My role involved collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define architectural standards, evaluate technical feasibility, and guide the development of scalable and secure solutions. In a subsequent initiative, I took on the leadership of a major security and privacy program at Google. This multi-year effort required mobilizing a cross-functional team of over 200 engineers across 10 different groups to address and resolve critical vulnerabilities in multiple third-party applications used at Google. My responsibilities included defining project scope, establishing milestones, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of comprehensive security and privacy enhancements.Currently, I am responsible for driving enterprise engineering programs at Google, focused on building enterprise-grade platform products and solutions for Googlers. In this capacity, I collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across various functions to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our internal customers.
