During my 5-year tenure at Zomato, I held various leadership positions in Business Analytics, Planning and Operations across Delivery, Dining-out, and Enterprise business. Earlier I worked closely with the business head for dining out business to create and roll out annual operating plans, incentive structures and sales processes. Managed procurement of plant and machinery for the setting up of a greenfield integrated milk processing plant & a milk chilling plant in U.P. India. Led affiliation talks with several milk brands & successfully tied-up with Amul.Built excel models and sales decks for multi-million deals for a real estate firm headquartered in NCR, Finlace Consulting.

Owned P&L for Gaming category & shop-in-shop business. Responsible for demand-forecasting, procurement & in-store promotions.Headed the sensory management program aimed at quantification, standardisation & upgradation of stores’ ambience.

Studied Customer Purchase Process to develop Point-of-Purchase solution for Colgate-Palmolive. Conducted primary market research across Medical Stores in Mumbai, studying Shoppers and Pharmacists. Developed a ‘Display-cum-Dispensing Solution’ on the basis of observed insights.
