Mr. Amit Singh is SolarWindow President & Chief Executive Officer, and supports all facets of SolarWindow operations, including corporate finance, managing and advancing the Company’s research and development towards productization, streamlining and aligning intellectual property with business priorities, implementing operating efficiencies to optimize costs, and engagement with research, product development, and manufacturing organizations.Mr. Singh is also manages patent and trademark analysis and prosecution, business competitive analysis and market intelligence, information technology services, investor and corporate communications, media engagement, and marketing and brand development.Mr. Singh has diverse experience with incubating and developing ventures in cleantech and renewables, biomedical devices, drug discovery and development, and financial marketing and advertising. Amit Singh leads a boutique consulting firm to manage technology, investor relations, public relations, marketing and other strategic initiatives for publicly traded companies.Mr. Singh also has experience in corporate finance – overseeing the early incubation, capital funding, investment, and development of numerous novel and emerging technologies for broad commercial application.In addition to facilitating the institutional funding for these ventures, Mr. Singh has overseen and cultivated key business and research and development relationships with top-ranked academic institutions, with R&D support of federal agencies and from governments around the world.Early Career:Mr. Singh also served as the Executive Director of Sikhcess. Mr. Singh managed his team of Directors and National Coordinators, and coordinated efforts of the more than 5,000 Sikhcess volunteers. As the initial member of the Executive Management Team, Mr. Singh spearheaded the Feed the Homeless efforts, driving the success of this initiative, implementing the global vision this campaign, and rallying enlisted volunteers to build the global Sikhcess network. Mr. Singh continues to serve as the visionary behind Sikhcess.Previously, as a Risk and Strategy Consultant, he specialized in identifying high-risk areas for public and private companies. More specifically, he served clients by detecting weaknesses in their business models and helped to develop and re-engineer core business processes.
