I am an experienced accounting graduate with the proven ability in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, managing & resolving stakeholder inquiries and preparing end of month reports and updating relevant journals. I have prior experience in creating high volume invoices accurately and efficiently, reconciliation of bank accounts & assisted in month-end reporting. Additionally, I have collaborated in preparation of monthly statutory accounts and liaising with internal & external stakeholders. I am competent in use of Quick-books Desktop as well as Online package. I am trained in ASA Sage 500 Accounting system and also familiar with Xero Accounting software. I also possess intermediate MS Office skills. I possess Quickbooks Online knowledge and am proficient in MS Excel. I have experience using the Quickbooks online package and have performed various functions like Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Bank reconciliation, and assisted in preparing monthly financial reports. I am familiar with the SAP ERP system as well. I got to use the SAP ERP system during my tenure as Assistant Accountant at PSPCL. Whilst the company was implementing SAP and CRM ERP system, I was elected to undergo training of SAP and CRM system at the Head Office Training center and was made responsible to train staff in the given systems at district level offices. I was given a commendation for the timely and effective implementation of the whole process. I aim at bringing analytical thinking, reconciliation & reporting skills coupled with budgeting and forecasting experience to provide assistance in the preparation of monthly statutory accounts and internal & external reporting. Given my previous experience as an Accounting Assistant to the Revenue Accountant, I have the proven ability in compliance reporting, managing & resolving stakeholder inquiries, and preparing month-end commentary and report analysis.I have a niche for leadership roles and possess an adequate amount of experience as an Accounting assistant to Revenue Accountant, learning about the administration part and delegation skills. I am now seeking to further enhance my skill-set while providing my services to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
