• Recruiting both manufacturing and corporate level roles• Working closely with internal hiring managers to develop job descriptions and the requisition for new positions• Post and maintain job descriptions through the ATS system on to the company’s job board• Actively recruit for the position through job applications, direct recruiting on job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals, and other sources• Interview candidates and qualify them for the open position; once qualified present to the hiring manager• Facilitate scheduling the interviews for all the hiring managers; act as a liaison between the candidate and hiring managers • Build relationships and work closely with all internal hiring managers (HR Managers, Corporate Office leaders, Manufacturing leaders, Executive leadership team and more)• Continuously update, follow up and provide feedback to the hiring managers• Log all activity in the ATS system• Create a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring manager
