With over 26 years of experience in product development, R&D, business, sales, project management, and strategy, I am passionate about driving innovation and growth in the water filtration industry. Currently, I am the NSM - Water+Membrane Solutions at MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration solutions, where I oversee the membranes portfolio for various applications, such as water, wastewater, pharma, chemical, effluents, dairy, food and beverages.In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills and competencies in new product development, program management, business leadership, intellectual property management, process improvement, and cross-functional and global working. I have led the development of a million-dollar innovative product, filed one patent, launched the water filtration business vertical at Onsitego, and exceeded the performance on all the KPIs as the national business head and sales leader. I have also earned multiple honors and certifications, such as PMP, EDP, and best papers on project management. I enjoy building and leading teams, venturing into new and unknown territories, finding and implementing solutions, and thinking strategically. My goal is to create value and impact in the water filtration sector, by leveraging my diverse and extensive knowledge, experience, and network.
