Took a gap year to travel across the Himalayas. Baking Bread Bakery was an initiative wherein I collaborated with locals and trained them in bread making to create a sustainable livelihood for homemaking women. The Bakery was based in a remote village called Bir, Himachal Pradesh, India. It is also the highest paragliding point in Asia and the second highest in the world. We mostly dealt in the homemade bread and supplied it to local shops and backpacker hostels.
