I am responsible for driving and delivering agile based change and learning strategy and implementation for large-scale implementations for technologies such as M365, SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, Salesforce. My responsibilities include: • Establishing good relationships with senior leadership and helping them to drive the change.• Conducting thorough change impact and stakeholder assessments to understand the project’s change management needs and risks and tailor change plans to the specific requirements of each initiative.• Conducting training needs assessment to understand the training needs of impacted stakeholders.• Designing a learning strategy based on a 70/20/10 learning model and leading a team to develop modular training materials such as bite-size videos, eLearning, Instructor-led training, and post-training support materials (job aids, Quick-reference guides, etc.).• Coordinating with SME from technical and functional teams and business leads to understand the gaps in between legacy and new processes, and to obtain their feedback and sign-off on training materials.• Heling client to set-up and configure LMS (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) to meet the organization's specific need, add/manage users within the system, assign permissions, upload course content, create quizzes, and set-up assessments.• Developing Key Behavior Indicators (KBI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with targets to measure the adoption.• Utilizing knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, to ensure seamless alignment and integration of change management practices across different project methods (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid) and Project Management Framework phases (e.g., discovery, initiation, implementation, hyper care).• Designing follow-up action plans to ensure the sustainability of change initiatives.
