-Serves as the main point of contact for all Entertainment technical elements and staff for a fleet of 13 vessels. -Oversees multiple ongoing ventures to improve on-board product, for action by team of Fleet Supervisors. -Develops master project list for each fiscal year for equipment upgrades and functionality improvements for fleet.-Compiles and develops budget plan for all pertinent areas for each fiscal year, incorporating direction from executive level. -Reviews the ongoing requirements of a changing passenger demographic and forecasts potential upgrades of equipment and services for fleet implementation.

-Serves as the main point of contact for all Entertainment technical elements and staff for a fleet of 17 vessels. -Regulates and works in conjunction with a team of eleven Fleet Operations Trainers, overseeing multiple ventures to enhance on-board product. -Coordinates the schedule for all projects for the fiscal year, including show installations, equipment installations, training and quality control visits. -Monitors monthly expenditures of operational budgets for consumables, consulting costs, and project expenditures. -Prepares and submits equipment specifications, quotation requests, and purchase order requests to the Supply Chain department for action with all projects. -Reviews the ongoing requirements of a changing passenger demographic and forecasts potential upgrades of equipment and services for fleet implementation. -Operational manager for a fleet-wide installation of automated LED panel walls in the main venue of each vessel. -Completed scenic design interpretations of several existing show products to allow for their installation onto additional venues of alternate layouts.

- Assisted with the installation of lighting, video and pyrotechnic effects for new show product as part of ongoing fleet-wide installation plan.- Conducted on-board training with Production Managers and Assistant Production Managers, to provide direction and guidance while ensure fleet consistency and quality control.- Participated in the installation of full scale show product to fleet's Sun Class vessels.- Completed full re-installation and redesign of lighting effects for all show product for fleet's Explorer Class vessels.

- Maintained the technical performance standard for associated lighting, video and pyrotechnic elements of all established show product in the main performance venue.- Designed and programmed lighting effects for multiple guest entertainer acts of various styles of performance on an ongoing basis.- Assisted the department manager to fulfill audio visual requirements for daily operations and special events as directed.

Technical direction, scenic and lighting design for multiple events throughout the calendar year in various venues across the Greater LA area. Events include musical cabarets and staged producitons.

- Fulfilled multiple roles during time with company including Lighting Technician, Backstage Manager, Automation Operator and Public Lounge Technician.- In all roles, was responsible for the integrity of show execution, event set-ups and strikes, full scale show scenic builds in a full repertory venue, and lighting programming for regular performing acts involving varied styles of presentation.
