Pratik Sinha brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in the central government, where he served as the District Youth Officer at NYKS under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Pratik excelled in his role as the administrative head of the district office.His areas of expertise include strong communication and interpersonal skills, adeptness in public dealing and negotiation, effective human resource management, and the ability to lead and implement organizational strategies. During his tenure at NYKS, Pratik demonstrated his financial acumen by assuming the responsibility of the drawing and disbursing officer, effectively managing the organization's financial matters at the district level. After NYKS, he joined IPAC as a Political Consultant designing campaign and handling political strategy for the clients initially at West Bengal and later at Bihar.Pratik's academic achievements are equally remarkable. He completed his graduation and post-graduation in Political Science from the prestigious Kirorimal College, University of Delhi. He earned gold medal for his exceptional performance in post graduation.
