We at Konecranes Port Services deliver after sales services and customer equipment retrofit solutions to Port customers globally. As Product Manager I am responsible for the Ecolifting and Power option retrofit offering, development roadmap and sales support for retrofit projects.Ecolifting and Power option retrofits are a product group that enables upgrading new technology to customers' existing cranes. Reduction of carbon emissions can be achieved through lower-emission diesel engines, hybrid systems with batteries for energy storage or full electrification.

Helen's wide portfolio of energy solutions includes heating, electricity, renewable energy and e-mobility solutions and services. As Product Development Manager I acted in a bridge role across product lines, ensured transparency and alignment of business objectives and roadmaps. I strengthened Helen's new product development capability and acted as the process owner for Helen's new product development methodology.

With focus on Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings segments, my goal was to strengthen Eaton's solution and system focus. With special emphasis on collaboration with designers and consultants in the buildings market, I led a cross-divisional task force to create Reference Designs for solutions in buildings with Eaton Power Quality, Power Distribution and Life Safety divisions.I brought a strong market- and customer-focused approach, considering market drivers such as regulation, safety, sustainability and resiliency.

I was responsible for Eaton UPS offering, product roadmap and product strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Further responsibilities included creating new solution concepts and building their business cases to ensure growth, profitability and competitiveness of the business.Strong participation to new product development projects. Managing the product launch, including commercialization of the offering, sales enablement and sales training, product value proposition and positioning in the market.

As Product Specialist for Eaton UPS product lines for EMEA region, I had a prominent role in a new product development project, representing the market requirements and taking responsibility for product commercialization.I was responsible for pre-sales support, product documentation and sales trainings. Team lead for the presales support activities.

I conducted research and wrote my MSc thesis in the Technology Department of ABB LV Drives. The thesis consisted of research, development and prototype testing of a completely new type of AC inductor. The design was based on electromagnetic modeling and simulation.

As a Project Engineer intern in System Sales unit of ABB LV Drives I was responsible for presales support, project pricing and project management on behalf of the business unit for sales organisations globally. Projects concerned end customers and OEM customers globally, with my specific focus to UK and Ireland markets.

I worked in ABB LV Drives global after sales support. I was responsible for organising under warranty service to equipment sold to international OEM customers.
